Refund Policy
At Maths with Mr IQ, we are committed to providing high-quality maths tuition and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Trial Lessons

The 30-minute trial lesson is free and non-refundable.
2. Online and Face-to-Face Lessons

Once a lesson is delivered, it is non-refundable.

If a lesson is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, it can be rescheduled without charge.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, unless due to an emergency (at our discretion).
3. Programme Bookings (Homeschool, Booster Courses, etc.)

Refunds for pre-paid programmes will be considered if:

A written request is submitted within 7 days of payment and before the programme begins.

A pro-rata refund may be offered if a student withdraws within the first two weeks of the programme, minus any completed lessons and administrative fees.

After the initial two-week period, no refunds will be issued for withdrawal or missed lessons.
4. Group Classes and Bundles

Group class payments are non-refundable once the programme begins.

Missed classes will not be refunded but may be replaced with class recordings or catch-up material, if available.
5. Technical Issues

If a lesson cannot take place due to a verified technical issue on our side, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
