1. Introduction
Welcome to Maths with Mr IQ. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or purchases.
2. Services
We offer online and face-to-face maths tutoring for students in KS3, GCSE, A-Level, and other curricula, including the UK, US, and IB systems. Services include:

Revision and booster courses

Free trial lessons (subject to availability)
3. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or directly with the tutor.

Payments are due in advance on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed.

Trial lessons are free of charge and limited to one per student.

Late payments may result in suspended lessons until payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

If the tutor cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded.

Refunds for prepaid sessions will be given only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the business.
5. Lesson Conduct

Students are expected to attend lessons punctually and complete assigned work.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times during lessons.

Disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund.
6. Online Safety

All online lessons are delivered via secure platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

Students must not share personal login details or inappropriate content during lessons.

Parents are encouraged to supervise younger students during online sessions.
7. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, resources, and recordings (if applicable) remain the property of Maths with Mr IQ and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
